据了解,榆中开往兰州的客车首先在榆中县汽车站排班后开出车站,在县城主要的客流聚集点榆中县中心广场待客。昨日上午10时许,记者赶到榆中县中央广场看到,近20辆榆中开往兰州的客车拒绝载客。近70余由榆中赴和平、兰州的乘客滞留在此。“以前运管所的规定是从汽车站出发在县中心广场待客5分钟,尽管这样,车还是拉不上人,前天,他们又出台政策说是待客时间缩短1分钟,待客时间为4分钟,这样还能拉上人吗?”甘A·43××的司机胡师傅这样告诉记者。多名停运的司机和车主表示,由于缩短待客时间影响乘客数量,所以停运抗议。...
