中国人权20日新闻稿:辽阳工人领袖赴市府交涉释放姚福信等人及解决拖欠工资,工人们并筹划再度大规模游行促使这些问题解决。
中国人权从东北辽阳市多渠道了解到,因为抗议拖欠工资和官员贪污腐化,曾经爆发数以万计工人游行抗议活动,而屡次游行是行动骨干的辽阳铁合金厂,担负组织领导工人游行交涉的代表十五人,于二十日上午又前往辽阳市政府交涉。这次工人代表主要交涉的内容有两点:第一是释放以颠覆国家政权罪起诉开庭的姚福信、肖云良;第二是要求政府认真解决至今仍然拖欠的工人工资。前往辽阳市政府交涉的工人代表中,包括曾经组织领导过工人游行的原代表王兆明、庞庆祥、王大伟等人。其中王兆明和庞庆祥也是最初被捕的四名代表中的二人,他们直到将要审判姚福信肖云良时才得到释放,目前仍然处于公安警察的严密监控管制之下。这次工人代表前往辽阳市政府交涉,事前已经与有关官员联系商谈过,但是到达辽阳市政府时,由于辽阳市水泥厂的工人正在抗议请愿而无法进行交涉。辽阳市水泥厂的工人也是因为拖欠工资而找到市政府,去年辽阳市水泥厂数百工人曾经卧轨阻断火车要求解决生存问题。辽阳市政府接待铁合金厂工人代表的官员,答应另外安排时间让工人代表见市政府负责官员,交涉工人所提的需要解决的那些问题。工人代表们表示,如果与辽阳市政府交涉未能解决问题,为了促使这些重大紧迫的问题得到重视解决,他们将再次组织领导工人大规模游行抗议,并将在近期正式向政府公安部门递交申请。...
