From Canyu.org: 东莞润宏鞋厂是一家位于东莞市寮步镇向西工业区的一家制鞋企业，全厂员工共二百三十多人，工厂主要以接外贸订单的方式进行经营。工厂由江西人彭国新和两个重庆人合伙经营，彭国新为法人代表，厂房租用的是寮步镇向西村村民的房子。 12月5日，是润宏鞋厂承诺发放工人十月份工资的时间。可这一天，老板说厂里暂时没钱了，请工人们等到12月10日，工厂一定给工人发工资。然而到了10号，彭国新等人说还没找到钱，让工人们再等到12日。12号到了后，工人们仍然未领到工资。13号，工人们在厂里看不到彭国新等人了，全厂工人就拒绝再上班。这时，工人们10月、11月和12月近半个月的工资还未发放。润宏鞋厂工人的工资平均每月1000元至1300元，中层干部的工资则在1500-2500元之间，厂长邓光友和业务经理易女士的月薪则在五千元以上。工人们被拖欠了两个半月的工资，干部们被拖欠的时间则更长，像易女士被欠薪五个半月。润宏鞋厂员工计算了一下，当时全厂职工共计被欠薪一百二十万元左右。...
