2007年11月2日，100多名装修工人因未见到北京中冶投资有限公司项目部有关负责人，聚集到小羊坊路上，致使该路段双向拥堵1小时。工人们称，在此次讨薪前，他们已找过东家数回，但一直都没拿到工钱和材料费。经警察劝说后同意协调解决。
