  From CLB: 31 May 2009: Nearly 2,000 employees of the 361 Degree Sportswear Co in Jinjiang, Fujian, went on strike demanding higher wages after the company reduced its piece rates in order to cut the cost of manufacturing one pair of sports shoes to just three yuan. Workers also complained that the company frequently withheld wages on the slightest pretext.
